Terms of exchange/return of goods of proper quality
Article 9. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar product if the product does not satisfy him for:
- form,
- dimensions,
- style,
- in color,
- size or for other reasons that make it impossible to use it for its intended purpose.
Exchange of goods is possible within 14 days , excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
- the product was not used;
- its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
- presented payment document (check or invoice).
Conditions for exchange/return of goods of inadequate quality
Article 8. In the event of detection of defects in the goods during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right:
- demand free elimination of defects within a reasonable time;
- exchange the product for a similar one without defects;
- demand a price reduction or refund.
Claims may be rejected if the seller proves that the defects in the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules of use or storage.
The consumer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the goods personally or through his representative.
Return Procedure and Shipping Costs
To arrange a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via phone or messengers to clarify the details.
- Send the item via "Nova Poshta" using the details provided by our manager.
- After the item is inspected by our service department, we will refund the funds to your card or send an exchange item.
Important: If the item is of proper quality (didn't suit the color, size, etc.), shipping costs are covered by the buyer. In case of a manufacturing defect (improper quality), the store covers the shipping costs.
